So nice to see a burger joint that isn't trying to kill your kids. Best quality in town you'd have be stupid to choose any of the big fast food players over these guys. Plus they have beer, great beer. No complaints from me whatsoever. Great burgers, sides and service

BURGERIM has a confusing menu.  The food is very tasty and nutritious.  They serve beef aged beef turkey chicken pork lamb and we had a turkey cranberry stuffing sandwich the other day that was great. They took a long time to bring our order up as they had problems in the kitchen because somebody found in a large order which put everybody behind. I realized this is a new start up business franchise but they really need to get the wrinkles ironed out because it's going to cost them business down the road if they don't. Overall I thought that the food tasted great and I thought it was a little bit expensive but I probably will go back.

So yummy! Great atmosphere and very helpful friendly staff. If you haven't been here before the staff are happy to help you with their menu and what their restaurant is all about.

I really wanted this place to be awesome but I’ve been awfully dissapointed twice now. The first visit the food was ok. Meat was still over cooked, and still walked away feeling it was a bit overpriced for what I got.. I add at least $2 in extras to the burgers  and felt like it was still a very basic burger. 

After some time I wanted to give the place a second shot for redemption! Burgers were QUITE over cooked.. blackened and I got the highest quality beef they had which really saddened me. Overpriced for the extras that were barely there.  They had a broken toaster and didn’t do anything to the bread to reheat it (throw it on the griddle or something) which made it pretty bad and hard.. luckily I got one lettuce wrapped, but the extras I asked for were put on the opposite burger...also were not made aware their toasters broken before ordering which could have prevented many from having the same experience as I did. 

Saving grace.. the sweet potatoes fries.
