I love everything Panera serves, all fresh food, wonderful soups, salads and breads. Their sandwiches are delicious. I buy a iced latte chai,  tea every day I can. So good.

I went all the way up there Tuesday 9/19/2017 at 8:55 PM the drive thru light was on. I checked the hours on Google as well as the Panera corporate website open until 10:00 PM Tuesdays in fact every day it's 10 PM except for Sunday. I waited in the drive thru 10 minutes, finally I call the store to tell them I am waiting there at the drive thru. They say they close at 9:00 every day and they are only open until 10:00 PM on Friday Saturday very disappointing how could a website with 30 reviews and the corp website not have the correct hours? Post your correct hours and turn off the drive thru light if you are closed...maybe they just wanted to go home early...

So, first backround...i have a allergies to corn, oats and peanuts which makes it hard for me to go and eat places. I happened to be in the area because of car troubles and decided to give it a try. I walked up to the register (at the Panera in Auburn, Ca) and one of the cashiers Taylor, was amazing! I explained my allergy situation and she helped me select my order and she tripple checked all the ingrediants even in the dressing of the saled i ordered! The service was amazing! As me being a first time customer, Taylor was super helpful in directing me through how it works. I will for sure come back again! Thanks to Taylor and how ALLERGY FRIENDLY this experience has beeen!
