Had a really bad experience here!! Things were wrong on the closing statement, I had to actually point them out as they over looked it. They now owe me money back. They also charged me for printing. Wouldn't be using them for when I sell. Very unhappy with the service here. Going to see what I can do about getting my lawyer fees reduced or refunded for legal malpractice as technically overcharging me was not having my best interest in mind. Super upset. I would recommend finding another title company. Unhappy customer.

Burgess Title/Wm A Miller PC are my go to closing firms whenever possible.  They are always prompt, professional and helpful.  My clients nor I have had to wait.  Any time I've called with a question or concern, they have always been helpful and informative, and I've had a few doozies!  I wish I could use them for all my closings.

I have done several real estate closings at this office and Bill and his team are always extremely professional and friendly. Closings always go smoothly here and I've never had to wait long, when I have it was usually as a result of the other party (buyer/seller) arriving late never the office.
HIGHLY recommend them for any real estate closings or transfers/quit claim needs. Very fast and very accurate.
