I had water leaking through my ceiling and they were able to fix it in about 5 minutes. Instead of selling me new boots I didn't need they just applied sealant around the leaky edges. Very honest and straightforward.

 Came by and gave a thorough inspection.  They were completely honest and didn't try to push anything on me.  My roof was only 8 years old but wanted it inspected.  Their inspectors have a good eye and told me where to watch for concern.  Will definitely use them for when i need repairs or a new roof.

Burgin Roofing may do excellent work so I am not speaking to that but what I am speaking to is the time frame.   After submitting a request for contact via their website I was contacted the next day. Then I was told no one was available to do an estimate for a week, then I was told "I am not even sure when we could do the work".  That is great if they are that busy but the way the message was delivered via the customer service line made me feel unimportant and like my business did not matter to them.

I called and asked for someone to come give me a price to replace a roof because I was told by another company it needed to be replaced because I had a leak.  Burgin Roofing came out and said I did not need a roof... I just needed the rubber boots replaced around the vent pipes.  They made the repairs and no more leaks.  How much more Honest can a company be !?!?!  They could have easily replaced my roof. Great Company !
