Mike and his staff did a fantastic job on my Sub Station II sandwich shop. I have a commercial building. They replaced the roof from start to finish in 4 days. I never had to close. Mike told me the plan and his staff worked the plan to perfection. He was on que with his estimate. He also educated me on several options but never pressured me in "extra sales". My roof was inspected and certified a few weeks later. He also handled the permits and local zoning requirements. They were awesome!!!

CMS replaced the flashing and seal around our chimney, which went through three roof levels. They were the only company that would come out to my home, and performed the job well. Very courteous.

We have just signed a contract with CMS Roofing for a GAF roof.  CMS had patched our old roof several years ago and we were so pleased with their work that we called Mike when we decided to replace it.  Mike gave us a detailed presentation on every step used to reroof and every GAF component used.  He answered every question we had.  CMS is  very trustworthy company.

I paid to have gutters and a gutter guard installed. When I had a different roofing company come, I asked them to take a pictures since it appeared that the gutter guard was not working. It was not working because it was never installed! I reached out to CMS to request a refund for the guard I paid for but did not received. They never responded back. Do not spend your money here! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

In all of my time in Property Management, I have never worked with such a great company. They are very pleasant to speak with and handle all needs in a timely manner. I never have any requests for recalls because all of their employees take the time to do things RIGHT! We will continue to use them as our top roofing vendor.
