The best fish tacos in America, bar none.
Former owners of the best food truck in the area, Van and Manda have struck gold in downtown Burien with Burien Fish House.
Fish and chips are terrific, with either cod or halibut. The seafood chowder is exceptional.
They even make a quality lobster roll.

Very friendly employees and clean dining area.  Purchased three cod in panko with coleslaw and my hubby enjoyed three cod in beer batter with fries. Fish was not greasy or mushy. Cooked just right! The coleslaw was a southern recipe with golden raisins, not too sweet and not hot. Enjoyed dinner.

I had the Pirate’s Trio and it was a good way to try a sampling of their fish tacos. The halibut was the best I think.  There is a lot of space in the restaurant and the staff is helpful and friendly. I also got my order quite quickly which was nice. They showed up as a cheap eat when I was searching, and I’m not sure I would put them in that category. The food is delicious but not cheap. You have to order tacos in quantities of two minimum and plan to spend $15-$20 on a meal. You will enjoy it!

Unassuming place in a sea of strip centers but wow, great food. In my party we had the clam strips, salmon tacos two ways, chowder, and their famous homemade creme Brule (get there early,  it sells out). Just fantastic food. Often crowded, so plan ahead if possible - knowing what you want when you get there will make things easier.

Quick and very friendly service. Fresh fish and seafood. Very good chowder, highly recommend. Big chunks of clams and nice big shrimp. Not like those with potatoes and potastoes and trace of clams. The only downside is it's difficult decide between their awesome fries or yummy coleslaw side options.
