This place clearly doesn't care about getting bad reviews.. No response to the other bad reviews other customers left. I was going to bring in my SUV but after reading some of their bad reviews and seeing how they have no response back in offering to make it right or some sort of explanation, it makes me hesitant on coming here. Other mechanic shops are very responsive when it comes to getting both good and bad reviews. Clearly Burien Japanese Auto Service doesn't care..at all!

These guys scammed.me.real good,did not do all the things stated on their maintenance package coupon,just probably checked on aspect that made.my carrough idle,instead of.fixing.issue,because when I looked,they did not even change.the spark plugs,like they state they do on their coupon,that would have fixed the issue with my car.They get no stars from me,will let.evwryone in contact with me.know they are scammers,and Will Wait for.karma to.give them.what they deserve.

These guys are honest, reliable and fast.
Accurate estimates, better than fair pricing, car comes back clean after service. Cannot go wrong bringing your import car here for service or repairs.
I have refered all my friends and relatives here.

I am so lucky that my friend introduced me to these people. They treat you fair and never try to get you to do repairs or maintenance that you don't really need. I just had my car die while they were trying to fix it (not their fault, I took it in because it was close to death) and they could have talked me into replacing the engine but told me that I shouldn't invest that kind of money in my car. They saved me a lot of money and tears and have worked with me to help get my old car taken care of. They are fantastic and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
