I called them to fix my heater and they didn't fix it after changing and replacing a part that wasn't broken so I called for them to fix it again and they burnt up the whole heater and a/c. I'm suing them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I had a washer under a extended warranty from Lowes.  Lowes orderd the parts for Burke to repair my washer. It was the gear & shaft.  They did not have the tools to repair the washer. They ended up taking the washer to Paragould.  3 weeks later ( yes 3 weeks) and after numerous phone calls It was finally retuned.  In the meantime I went an bought another washer. Gave my old toy grandaughter a week later. The washer was still doing the same thing. It would not spin dry clothes good. Had to spin out 2 times.  Do not use Burkes.

I am without heat tonight because Burke's did not bother to show up AGAIN. I have called them 4 times to request a service tech. One time a friend who uses them gave me the owners cell phone number and I called him direct to report the no-shows. Each time I was told that a tech would be out to look at my furnace. Every time ends with the same result. Nobody shows up and nobody calls to say that they are not coming. I am amazed that any business could keep their doors open with such pathetic customer service. I will call one of their competitors tomorrow because I would freeze to death before I wasted another call on them. My advise to them is to stop advertising, That only fools people into thinking that they would actually value their patronage. And they could use the money saved to buy a book pertinent to Business Administration. Awful service.
