BEST Pharmacy around hands down!  Friendly staff, great Pharmacists, and fast service!  This is truly a wonderful place!  So wonderful in fact that I drive 40-45 minutes from Beaufort and it is well worth it!!

I just wanted to mentioned how much this pharmacy (thank you so very much Mr. Burke) went way above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined to help our family.  Our recent family vacation was an extremely difficult one (family member had a couple extended ER visits).  If it were not for this pharmacy, and the amazing, thoughtful, caring people who work there, this vacation would have been a complete disaster.  With their considerable assistance, we were able to get vital, extremely time-dependent medications when nobody else on the island (or surrounding area) could help.  Thank you, thank you, thank you Burke's pharmacy for helping our family salvage a few good days during our vacation.  We will NEVER forget what you did for our family, and will forever be grateful.

Family owned, great & prompt service. Pharmisists take time answering your questions. Great prices, will deliver prescriptions for only $1. Highly recommend.

We LOVE Burkes pharmacy. Family owned and operated you are treated like family. Service is fast and accurate. The pharmacist's are always happy to answer any questions you have too! If you are tired of being treated like a number in the big chain pharmacies then come give Burkes a try.
