A nice clean grocery store. It is always a pleasure to shop there. The meat department is very good with helpful meat cutters. Lots of good weekly deals. Very customer oriented. A great on-site pizza station with a quality pizza at a great price especially the monthly pizza deal.

Newly remodeled and still has that "corner store" feel to it, unlike some other, cavernous local stores. In here, if you are in the checkout line and realize you forgot to get milk, it is not a day-long hike to go and get it. Great for in-and-out shopping, only four stars because the small parking lot means that actually finding a spot can be a real bear during tourist season

Harris Teeter recently went through a much needed renovation. Before they made the renovations I was not a fan of this store at all. However now it is my number one grocery store on the North End of the island conveniently located in Main Street. I am so glad they now have a Starbucks inside the store. This is a new edition that is quite welcome. They also have a lounge area where you can plug in a laptop, enjoy your coffee, have a bite to eat, or have a meeting. The management is quite helpful and the staff does a solid job. The wine selection is extensive and so is the beer selection. They have great pizza, a new Deli area, baked goods area, a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, including organic varieties, a wonderful meat selection, a seafood area, a health food section, and everything else that you would need at a grocery store. It is also usually a breeze to get in and out of. I took several photos that I hope help you get a great idea of what this Harris Teeter is like. If you're if you are looking for bargains I would suggest getting the Vic card. They do have a salad bar, a soup bar, and prepared foods if you are in a hurry.

Many Organic options available at reasonable prices along with easy labeling so you can get in and out healthy and quickly. Recently renovated and now has a Starbucks, pizza bar, salad bar and several other great additions. After all the renovations I wish they would have put in a double door entrance.

Harris Teeter has great customer service and the employees help no matter which department they work in and even if one can’t help they will take you to another who could help or they will look around themselves and find the product you need help with
