Without a doubt, the folks at Burkhart Insurance are the most friendly and helpful staff I have found anywhere. They are always on top of your insurance needs even when you not asking them to be. They are always finding ways for you to get the best insurance for your money. I would recommend them to anyone. I give them 5 stars!!

Burkhart Insurance has been my insurance company for about 25 years. What I appreciate the most is the personal, individualized service. Whenever I call, a REAL person answers the phone. No automated system requiring me to push 1 or 2,  choosing from a menu of services, entering my policy number into some automated system, being put on hold, listening to canned messages or music. I know the entire staff on a first name basis and they are amazingly helpful. Because Jeff is an independent agent, he finds the best policies for me in regard to coverage and cost and is always willing to discuss my insurance needs. There may be cheaper rates out there - I have no idea. But the service I receive far outweighs saving a few dollars.

I've been a customer for many years and always appreciate the personalized service I receive.  I always get to speak with a live person instead of minutes wasted on prints and recordings.  If they need to call me back for anything, I can rely on a callback witty answers.  The team is friendly, informative and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone.

My family has had insurance with The Burkhart Agency for many, many years. They have always been very professional, friendly, caring and efficient in handling all of my car and home insurance needs. Jeff Burkhart contacts me personally to let me know when he might be able to save me money for example by adjusting my coverage or going with a different insurer. I honestly feel as though they are looking out for me, the little guy.

I have been with The Burkhart team for over 30 years. They are a pleasure to work with and always looking after what is in my best interest for insurance coverage and at reasonable cost.  
Highly recommend Burkhart Insurance for all of your insurance needs. Five Star Plus!!
