They refuse to cancel your policy, they refuse to help you with your autopay. I also had requested they add full coverage to a vehicle of mine, they confirmed that they did and it turns out they in fact DIDNT! Do yourself a favor and call Tracy at StateFarm. $700 a month cheaper on 3 cars with full coverage and she actually answers calls and questions!
Hi there... I have been with Globe Insurance for about year.. When i call for quote or questions, Jerry Thompson an Team always have fair quotes.. They are knowledgeable about car an business Insurance. I highly recommend them!!!
We purchased renters insurance for a two story home with basement located in the Peaselburg neighborhood of Covington. The only question we were asked is how many dollars worth of personal property insurance we wanted. No other options were given to us nor were we told of any circumstances under which our property would not be covered. Our home was flooded with two feet of sewage backup last weekend and our claim is being denied because we did not have a sewage and drain backup endorsement on our policy. If we had been told this $50/year endorsement was necessary then we would have purchased it. Now we are out $15-20k in personal property loss. Additionally, both our cars were flooded with sewage and the agent did not have rental coverage on our policies, which I have been told is this agencies standard of practice.
Valerie SAVED me !! I'm a Travel RN - currently in Boston. Ohio stinks had suspended my DLs last year. PIA to deal with Ohio BMV on chats & phone...Will NEVER LIVE THERE !! Valerie did an SR 22 for me, to get my DLs back. She allowed me to do it over the phone!! 3 other Agencies Would not - said I had to come into their office. Okaaay - be right there... Boston to Kentucky - Pronto to sign a piece of paper. Give me a Break!! Valerie DID !! And she quickly sent the proof to Ohio SEVERAL TIMES - they claimed More than once NOT TO HAVE received it. Ugh !! I'm Finally in the Clear now. Car in the shop CAN'T WAIT TO DRIVE AGAIN !!
