There are many things that make people come back to a store and eventually become customers good quality and good prices are important  but the one thing  matters the most when people describe a good business is definitely customer service.

On last visit to Burlington me and me sister wanted to exchange an item we had purchased a week before, unfortunately we had lost the receipt and the tag so we knew that the possibility of exchanging the item was very low and we were ok with that But we still wanted to at least try. We asked a cashier if this exchange was possible given the fact that we did not have a tag or a receipt, she told us that the exchange was not possible but she offered to call a manager to see if she could give us more help . We waited and a few minutes later the manager came her name is Liz she approaches us and tells us " I'm dont want to give you a hard time" and proceed to walk away ignoring us. she did not even listened to us ,her approach was rude and very unprofessional.we felt very embarrassed because many other customers were there at the moment this happened and me and my sister just left as fast I we could. We were not upset because the exchange was Not possible, in fact we understand, what really bothers us is Liz unprofessional and rude approach.  

You should be more careful with who you hire as managers, I don't want to ever go back there for As long she works there neither my friends or family this happened at the location in revere MA  thanks for reading this I hope you can fix the issue.

Before i moved it was my favorite store. Great selection and prices. Always sales and clearance. I miss this store very much. The best selection of SHOES for cheap.
