Purchased a mattress and payed for weekend delivery. They never showed up with the delivery and never bothered to notify me either. They stated they could not refund the weekend delivery fee also. They then guaranteed my re-scheduled delivery and you guessed it, the delivery did not come again. It will be one month and my mattress has not arrived. No one wants to take accountablitly and every department blames the other department. At this point I might just go get a refund.

Run away from the Jewelry sears at This mall. I never ever Seen a store clerk and the supervisor both racist. Clerk didn't want to show a watch that was expensive for a while until I insisted. Then to show her that I could buy, buy the $300 watch from her. Then the watch didn't work after three months later. All I wanted to was to fix it, not to returned back. I went to another store that was heaven compare the customer service from sears square mall jewelry store to fix it. Still not fix it...and the manager from Jewelry store answer was "we didn't rent a watch to you, call the Casio.bye." I called the manager of the Sears Square one mall and his answer was "when you bought the watch was working." So this store doesn't know that their products can be defective. I spend $300 with insurance and all I get is the poorest service ever. I thought sears value their customer regardless color, race, accent honorable. As long as they have money to buy from you. The worst thing is if the boss is horrible what you think from the bottom down. Run away from that is store especially if you have an accent. You buy anything from this store is final, no return policy.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life with this Sears store. Day after Christmas and they only have one register open after we had been in line for 40 minutes they open to more registers, and the response to I don't have a receipt was sorry can't help you. Not some place I normally shop and never will again.

The young kid in the front desk downstairs is very distracting when you are trying to pay for your items. He mumbles so fast about the Sears surveys to the point where you'll  get a headace when you walk out of there. It is very angervating especially when the line is busy and you just want to be in & out.

Lorraine at the jewelry department in Saugua is awful. And their scheduling is too. There is never anyone but her there. I will have spent about $2000 here in the last three months and went to pick up a completely paid off layaway today and waited over a half hour for no apparent reason. I understand scheduling, I understand it's retail, but she specifically kept helping other customers who were interested in better items for her commission. After 15 mins I asked politely if anyone else could just grab the layaway since it is paid off. She then tells my I've only been waiting five minutes and that if I don't have time to shop I should have come in. The store is NOT busy and no other workers to be seen. I ask for a manager which she doesn't get for me until I ask three times. Her still chiming in rude comments that my payment needs to be verified I tell her there's no reason for the attitude. Finally a manager comes over and she is continuing to talk about me to her customers!!! Wouldn't even stop when her boss told her to. I've never in my life had such awful customer service and will go to lengths to complain about this.
