Better service be provided. I picked to pairs of shoes lookibg alike with sizes 10 1/2 and 11M mixed up and tied with security tags. We did not see more personel in the aisles for help. Good things lots of things to buy with affordable prices as in other Burlington stored

We wanted to put some articles on layaway; while waiting to be seen one lady ignored us and continued to count her cash drawer. Finally a manager showed us another counter to be serviced at. Why couldn't the employee who disregarded us say that instead of having us wait? Just rude and not professional at all.

Seriously I don't even want to give it a star.The bathrooms are always so disgusting that you feel like you are using a dirty out house.3 of the many available stalls were full of poo.The others either had toilet paper all over the floors,seats or poo and pee on the seats.Others had no toilet paper.The sinks area was disgusting only one paper towel holder not even half full.The floor was disgusting throughout.The whole woman's section was mostly clearance and hardly anything was in it's correct size on rack.Shoes, purses clothes all picked thru like you were getting low end mix matched items.Im super disappointed.This is the last time I will shop here.I keep giving your store the benefit of a doubt over and over again and nothing changes.Im done.I would rather drive all the way to eureka and 75 for the most part that store has at least been cleaner.

Terrible. The store is so messy hard to find things, and the bathrooms are so digusting with no papertowel. The line was so long, and I waited for 20 minutes. The manager, Michelle, was rude to her employees and to customers. There were only three cashiers and the line kept getting held up due to the slow service. I was not happy with the experience and I would rather go else where because the service was slow and the store was messy with stuff everywhere, very disorganized.

DISGUSTING. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. They used to have cute things and braving the Whiskey Tango crowd was tolerable. Not any more.
