While visiting the store on Two Notch today, school shopping for 3 boys, we were followed through the store for over an hour by loss prevention, went to check out and there he stood behind the cashier watching every item she rang up and then showing us to the door I assume expecting the security alarm to ring. I have to laugh, obviously poorly trained on what to look for in a potential shoplifter and in discretion. I understand the area and heightened crime, but the loss prevention department made us feel even less safe, and if he was focusing so hard us and we spent several hundreds of dollars, maybe the store manager should consider replacing him, he is horrible at his job. How much merch walked out the door while you spent an hour surveillancing paying customers????

I enjoy shopping at Burlington every time, they have what I need. The variety and prices are great.
