I called earlier this morning to see if they had the supplies for my grandsoth party theme. They assured me they had exactlywhat i asked for. I drivedfrom Leoma to Columbia. They didnt have any of the items i had asked about. They called me a liar and told me they never said they had items. They were rude and hateful. They tried to treat me like i was crazy. I will never go into this place. But thats fine. I found the items elsewhere. I would never reccommend this business to anyone.

Stood at balloon counter looking at employees hold conversation with each other. Finally one employee asked if I needed help. Balloons also need to be tighter so the strings don't come off

Cashier wasn't very cheerful and looked like she was aggravated to ring us up. Everytime we asked a question she would act annoyed. Loved the store but the staff wasn't very good. Spent $200 in this store. However, I will go to another party city from now on.
