Everything was fine until it was time to leave. We had a cart full of things, we followed the maze to get to the register to pay. The checkouts were side by side about 18 wide and no place to move. No counter space at all. Then I get to the door to go to my car and the shopping cart locks up. I guess your not allowed to take them out of the store. How stupid is that.

I didn't care much about this place. All cashiers are unfriendly. It's like they say hi or hello with no "emotions" - it's like they are not happy working there. The line going to the cashier is not spacious. It's kinda narrow and uncomfortable. I didn't feel comfortable in this store and didn't like the layout of the store. The "CHI" for me of this place is not so good...at least for me.

There was a time when I could depend on Burlington to have really nice stylish mens shirts. Lately I find your selection to be no different than anyone else. I have no reason to go to Burlington anymore.

I remember 10 plus years ago when Burlington Coat Factory was the place to go for all of your up to date fashion. Nowadays, it seems that a lot of the men's clothing they sell is very outdated and not in style. LOL It's 2018 and they still have tons of Rocawear and Marc Eckō on their racks. Nobody wears that stuff anymore. Now it's come to the point that most of the men's clothes I get from their Big & Tall section are mostly basic designed jeans and shirts without name badges/logos on the front. That way folks can't tell if I'm wearing out-of-style clothing. Another issue I have is that the checkout lines are always backed up. This goes for every store that I visit.

The newer North Las Vegas store looks very much like a Savers thrift store inside. The two times I went to this store the selection for Plus Size women was practically non-existent and the lines were extremely long and slow-moving. I ended up putting the items back and leaving the store in frustration...both times. It's nothing like the Burlington Coat Factory store on Sahara Ave, where I enjoyed shopping for years, when I lived in that area. Sorry, but I'm just disappointed.
