I'm in this store a couple times a week. The cashiers know my name and my children's names. They'll ask how things are for me and my family and are always friendly! I recently gave birth and they've asked me to bring in my daughter so they can meet her! There are so very few places left that you feel welcome, that you feel they actually care about you, your family and your happiness. I choose to go here over the many places surrounding me because the employees make that big of a difference.

Pharmacy staff helpful. Professional in conduct and approach. Able to answer questions and the prescription was filled in 1 hour. I was pleased with my visit. The front cashier team seem friendlier than pharmacy team for them to both be in one store. Hence 3 out of 5 stars.

I just transferred to this location and have had nothing but terrible customer service. I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for 2 weeks now still do not have it. Call on the phone I get left on hold for 35 minutes and then the call disconnects. Go into the store cannot get any assistance terribly understaffed. Then I have one of the assistant managers tell me they are the number one Pharmacy for Walgreens. After 35 minutes on hold and 30 minutes in the store and no help the only thing I think they would be number one at is how many prescriptions they might get out the door. Customer service is nowhere near number one! Think I'm going to have to switch stores or something if I ever want to get my medication I was with the other location seven years and in that time never had as many problems as I have had in this one month of dealing with this location.

Everytime I've walked in this one to purchase an item(s), the older blonde lady cashier is extremely rude. I've asked to buy a hat, scarf, blanket and pillows, phone charger, headphones, fingernail clippers, etc at different visits and she says they don't have any anything ever. She needs fired bad.

I work in a doctors office, attempting to call in scripts for a patient.. Waiting on hold for 20 minutes just for the phone to be answer the lady would answered said something so fast and mumbled and hung up. Not Once but three times. I give up. I understand they must be busy but they are rude and a mess. Please as a patient choose a better pharmacy.
