People of Burlington are not friendly and helpful at all. I asked for help and everyone turned me down. I left my cellphone in the taxi and asked to borrow a phone to call my cell phone and no one wanted to help like I was gonna steal a phone inside an international Airport or something. Good that the driver actually drove back to give my phone back. I thank him for that and he is not a local either BTW.

Personally, this airport is my home. And that's why I love it, because the airport staff is kind and helpful. And this gives you a sense of relief when flying here. The thing is, when give the airport a one star because the staff was "bad or rude" it's usually the airline staff, not the airport staff. Just remember, BTV is the best of the best :)

It's a very small airport, and it is not usually that crowded. Usually, arriving an hour and fifteen minutes before your flight will leave you plenty of time to make your flight. The food in the airport is fine, but there are not that many options, and the seating is somewhat uncomfortable, but overall, the experience is usually fine.

Worst airport ever. If I could give it a zero trust me I would. First of all, they call it a international airport but it only goes to canada. So much for the international part. I live in the same city of the airport and they keep destroying houses because they need more space for the airport. Its been two years and they haven't done nothing. Plus, no one even uses the airport so they are just taking homes for no reason. In a year they were about to take ours. Small and cramped inside.

TSA makes up their own rules here for crew members. Makes you take even solid food out of your bag.. can’t keep your wallet in your pocket through metal detector... basically harassing crewmembers. I’d love to see some of these made up rules in print. Oh yeah they don’t exist. Have fun.
