Greyhound has always been a terrible experience from the unreasonable delays to the rude staff. 

Greyhound has NEVER been on time while I traveled with them, and the delays ranged anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2 hours - extremely unreasonable. 

Every time I would contact staff to assist with any questions or concerns I would be greeted with the rudest attitudes and unhelpful service. Every question I'd ask was like pulling teeth for these people - relax, you get paid to do this.

The list of unpleasant experiences with Greyhound runs as long as the Nile River, but honestly, to conclude, just put down the extra cash and ride Megabus, 100x better in every regard.

HORRIBLE company. I was 2 hours late getting to Burlington, VT from Boston, MA. Not only were they late but the service was bad. The baggage man in Boston was rude and condescending and also bullied a woman standing in line behind me for having a heavy suitcase. On the way back I also ran into problems at the Burlington airport. The terminal was not open when it said it would be. It should open at 1:30am and an hour later the bus wasn't there yet, the terminal still wasn't open, and I didn't have a ticket yet. The driver let me on with just an ID and I had to buy my ticket in White River Jct., VT (which is 2 hours away. The other reviews aren't lying, the company is truly a mess.

I'm no fan of Greyhound but the staff at this particular location were very helpful. Trevor did me a huge solid when I almost misses my returning bus! Thanks Trevor and Greyhound  BVT staff.

Three days tried to talk to someone at the ticket counter but no one was ever there. All the other car rental counters, etc. around laughed when I asked if anyone is ever on duty over there at greyhound. Then some mentally deficient driver showed up. He was rude and apparently stupid. He told me they were at lunch but wouldn't make eye contact or even listen to a question. Greyhound blows.

Avoid shipping grayhound - Bought some car parts and the shipper 12 hours away only sents gray hound - He shipped them - Then 2 weeks  after they turned up at burlington vt - I do not even live in VT -  The lady at this gray hound was clueless about customer service - Even after they went missing and turned back up - She was unwilling to send them on a truck to my state - NY - She told me I had to come get them or I would be changed for storage -  So I spend the whole day going here - NO parking out front to do business - So they try and charge me double - She had to get her supervisor on the phone who let her fix the issue - But what really got me mad was she told me she should have thrown these trash parts out when they came in with no paper work on them --- They had no paper work because HER company she works for lost them - Keep in mind these were 2 car fenders for what used to be my grandmas 1964 ford galaxie 500--- No wonder why she has no respect- She does not even no the value of the " trash "  she handles handles -  Gray hound customer service is like talking to a brick wall -  You can tell people mean nothing to them or providing a smooth service - Its just about putting cash in there  till -  Ive  bought thousands of items over the internet and the shippers were perfect with the items - One timing use gray hound and there the worst -  Would not be so bad if everyone did not walk around clueless - Unable and unwilling to help -
