These guys jumped through hoops to handle what I needed for my business!   They called back, answered questions timely and fulfilled every request.  I am a complicated customer!   I will definitely call them for a quote in the fall to handle house and cars.  Fast, prompt, VERY friendly and were able to help with my all my insurance needs. I LOVE THESE FOLKS!

I've been doing business with Burnette Insurance both as a vendor and as a client for 5 years now and have loved every interaction.  The people there are the salt of the earth and a pleasure to have as clients and I can safely call many of them friends.  Having them as my insurance provider has always been easy and effortless.  They saved me $800/year on top of it.  Don't listen to the bad reviews - those people are crazy.

We've been doing business with Burnette Insurance for several years.  My experience with them has been great.  Their people know what they're doing, and they respond to our requests very quickly.  They also do things that they don't have to do, just to provide good service.  When I see companies doing things like that, it makes me want to stay with them.  Great job guys!

I was with Burnette for a year up until today...The relationship started out good.  I didn't shop around when I got my new car last year.  I was referred to Burnette by a family member.  I didn't shop around after my first policy was up and stayed with them another term.  My current policy is up soon so I decided to shop a little because of the advice I was given by a friend in the industry.  Got a quote $400 a year less with State Farm.  I told Kyle, the employee that used to assist me, that I was shopping around some and his response was "well... we're not going to lower your rate again, actually were increasing it."  After hearing that, I told him the new quote I got to see if they could compete and his response was.. "well good, because we are not going to lower your rate again and we don't want you as a customer if you're going to look at finding a better price every 6 months."  Never said I was going to look around every 6 months......Real professional...NEVER will reference even my worst enemy to this shop...THEY SUCK!
