Exceptional customer service at a fair price, with a personal touch.  Changing home and car coverage was so much easier than the online process, or phone process with nationally advertised companies, as Cindy and her colleagues can give advice tailored to your local needs, based on practical experience and knowledge of the marketplace.  I found the latter two lacking when pricing coverage by phone or online directly with the carriers.

You made the process of obtaining a quote easy and simple.  No forms to fill out, just sending our current info and you took it from there.  Of course, being able to beat the current company's price is a major plus too.  I also appreciated the friendly but not pushy approach when we communicated by phone and email.

Gilman Insurance compared pricing for comparable coverage while decreasing my premiums and increasing my coverage.  Hands down one of the best and most personable insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with.
