"Doctor" Burruss is not a good physician at all. Truly incompetent. Requested medical records the proper way months ago, and she refused to send them to our new physician due to her slothfulness. She'd rather sit around, gossip with her co-workers (who change every other week), and make her patients wait in a room for two plus hours, than properly service them. Yes, two plus hours! If you care about your health or your family's health, stray away from her facility. I wanted to give her a zero star rating, but it won't allow me to. She's a true disgrace to the medical field.

If you have nothing else to do but sit in a doctor's office waiting room then this is the doctor's office for you. I have never been seen on time and I have truly learned my lesson. This will be my last time coming here. Great doctor, horrible customer service!!!

In search of a female doctor for myself and 3 daughters. I was referred to this office && I must say I am very well pleased with the DR. She is very personal and really helps me to understand what is going on with my kids. I do feel as though since April she has have several new employees and seems as though they have a high turnover rate. The wait time is very extensive. So plan to take the day off when you come here.

I find when you have new patients as a doctor you should have better bedside manners than not introduce yourself to new patients. You should always come and meet new patients. Over booking and making patients wait in rooms over 30 minutes is very disrespectful.
The staff is very friendly that's the only good part of the visit. I have never heard of the doctor office mandatory scheduling a office visit just for lab tests results before the lab work comes back with a doctor who can't bother to introduce herself. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Very very very unprofessional. Don't go... They will quote you on the wrong price then charge you additional after you've paid.... I've never been treated the way i was treated at this doctors office.. I will also be writing the board about this. That's how unpleased i am... You will wait for hours even with an appointment. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Unbelievable. The office manager nor the doctor did ANYTHING to fix the issue or concerns i had... Never again!!!  Don't waste your time or money here.
