Just cancelled all future appointments Dr Persaud is great his staff is not, nor do they care.....back to searching for an ENT.

They keep the patient waiting room in the 60s with the fan constantly blowing. It is cold enough to hang meat in there and extremely uncomfortable for patients having to wait. The office manager is aware and refuses to do anything about it.

THANK GOD I FOUND THIS PRACTICE. I AM SO THANKFUL TO FIND THIS PRACTICE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MY ALLERGIES FOR YEARS, I VISTED TWO DIFFERENT ATLANTA ALLERGY SPECIALIST AND NO ONE COULD FIGURE OUT MY PROBLEMS, I SAW DR HAIRSTON AND DR PERSAUD , WHO ORDERED AN INTRADERMAL TEST,EVEN THOUGH OTHER OFFICES SAY THEY DO THESE TEST, THIS IS THE ONLY OFFICE THAT PERFORMS IT. THE OTHER OFFICES DO THE SKIN SCRATCHING TEST WHICH IS NOT ACCURATE, SO THE TEST KEPT COMING UP NEGATIVE, DR HAIRSTON ORDERED THE INTRADERMAL AND DR PERSAUD REVIEWED IT. I WAS ALLERGIC TO EVERYTHING. AT THE OTHER ATLANTA ALLERGIST OFFICES I IVISTED, THEY KEPT TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE ALLERGIES. THEY PUT ME ON STEROID AND SENT ME TO SEE A NEUROLOGIST. THANK GOD DR PERSAUD FOUND I HAD SEVERE ALLERGIES, MY COUGH IS GONE, MY WEIGHT ISSUES AND HEARTBURN ARE ALL RESOLVED. THE DOCTORS HERE ARE AMAZING. I SEE TWO PEOPLE WROTE BAD REVIEWS AND I DISAGREE UNFORTUNATLEY WHEN PEOPLE ARE HAPPY THEY DONT WRITE A REVIEW ONLY UNHAPPY PEOPLE WRITE REVIEWS. TO SEE ONLY TWO UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS IN OVER 15 YEARS THIS PRACTICE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS IS AWESOME, THIS OFFICE IS HEAVEN SENT, THE DOCTORS HERE ARE LIFE SAVERS, THEY DONT RUSH YOUR VISIT, THEY SPEND TIME AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU, YES YOU MAY HAVE A LONGER VISIT, BUT QUALITY TAKES TIME. AMAZING DOCTORS, I TRAVELED FOR OVER TWO HOURS TO SEE THEM,THEY PERFORMED SURGERY ON ME AFTER I WAS TOLD TO GO TO EMORY BY ANOTHER WELLSTAR DOCTOR, I WENT TO DR PERSAUD FOR A SECOND OPINION AFTER HE WAS RECOMMEND TO ME BY A FRIEND, DR PERSAUD AND DR BARAK WERE AMAZING. I READ A BAD REVIEW BEFORE I WENT TO SEE THEM, AND REALIZE AFTER I WENT TO SEE THEM, PEOPLE WHO USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS ARE USUALLY PISSED OFF BECAUSE THEY MAY HAVE A BILL DUE OR THEY JUST WANT TO BE VINDICTIVE, UNFORTUNATLY, MOST PEOPLE WHO ARE HAPPY NEVER WRITE REVIEWS IN GENERAL, I AM NOT LIKE THAT, THIS PRACTICE IS AMAZING, I WAS TOLD DR PERSAUD WAS THE DR HOUSE OF ENT AND HE IS. HIS STAFF IS ALSO FANTASTIC,TERRA AT THE FRONT IS SO CARING AND HIS NURSES ARE SO CARING. THEIR IS A WAIT TO SEE DR PERSAUD, BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT, THE SECRET IS TO SEE ONE OF THE OTHER DOCTORS THEN FOLLOWUP WITH DR PERSAUD, BECAUSE HE IS BOOKED OUT 6-8 WEEKS, THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW EXCELLENT HE IS. AWESOME DOCTORS- DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE
