I am very disappointed. I purchased a set of Firestone tires a number of years ago, from Burt, and got less than 30,000 miles from a set of 50,000 tires. When I took the vehicle in to get the tires replaced, I was told the alignment was off and the tires would not be warrantied. I knew there were alignment problems so I agreed to a very expensive alignment (they had to pop out ???? so that they could do the alignment, and then the Pittman arm needed replacement, and a couple other calls were received asking for additional services/$$$) and a new 50,000 mile set of Firestone tires. Spent a total of $1,000 to get a new set of tires priced at less than $600. I have now only traveled 20,000 miles and my tires need to be replaced again. I go back to Burt Brothers and get the same story that the alignment is off and alignments only have a 6 month warranty. Though wear is the same on all four tires (therefore rotated correctly, though not done by Burt), the tires are unlikely to be warrantied by Firestone and Burt does not warranty the tired. They offered to sell me another $600 set of tires and another alignment and they would return the tires to Firestone and see if Firestone would do anything for me, but they let me know it was unlikely. I have paid a lot of money to get less than 50,000 miles from tires, and do not feel it would provide good value to continue my relationship with Burt Brothers. The staff has been nice, but this experience will keep me from returning.

Purchased tires here and they took great care of me. They made an appointment for me the following day at the time opening I was impressed they were able to squeeze me in with such short notice. As soon as I checked in within 10 minutes they had my truck in the shop lifted and ready to be worked on. I felt they did a great job in handling me as a customer, and also being a first time customer. I will return for more service.

Always top notch service. I have been to this store many times and have always had a great experience. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. They always suggest manufacturers updates to the vehicles, but never any pressure

On our way out of town, noticed we had a low tire on the motor home. Pulled into Burt Brothers 2 minutes before they even opened and Mason meet us in the parking lot, super friendly and ready to help!!! Mason checked all our tires and gave us a great recommendation. We where back on the road in no time. Thanks again Burt Brothers we are customers for life!!!!

As a newcomer to the area I asked co-workers for auto repair recommendations. Everyone said "Burt Brothers". So I made an appointment on-line (which I love!) and took my truck in for the safety and emissions inspection that is required. The waiting room is awesome - coffee, tea, or hot cocoa or cold water along with a big screen TV and plenty of reading material. The truck was ready in a timely manner and the bill was reasonable. I feel comfortable taking my truck back to Burt Brothers when it needs attention.
