been there twice and received rude service and they expressed no interest in my job. Must not have been the owner I was talking to. The other time, I dropped off a safe to be re-keyed, left my phone number, they never called. After 5 weeks, I dropped in and they hadn't done anything to my safe, they said it was worth fixing and couldn't be bothered to call me.

Burt's is a great locally owned alternative to a big box store for home security needs.  We use them for Medeco locks at work and over the years I've come to bring all of my home work there too for replacement keys or thoughts on how to improve security.  They're knowledgeable, friendly and bonded locksmiths.
