Christopher V was the nicest and most patient service tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was beyond helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and explained everything in expert detail. This guy knows what he's doing and made me feel good about my call to Burton for service rather than regretting it which is easy to do in this industry. Thanks, Chris!

Eric did a fantastic job.  He was able to diagnose the issue, walk me through possible solutions and helped me realize that replacing our 18 year old unit was best course of action. I appreciated that he helped to point us in the right direction instead of just steering us toward fixing the old unit which would have continued to have him coming back out over the course of the next few years as it slowly nickel and dimed us. He did good work and gave great advice. Service like that is what is keeping us with Burton.

Fast responsive attentive service.  Simple and easy and not to bad on the pocket book.    Burton Services have been our provider for years and they simply get better over the years.   We highly recommend them for all your service needs.   Matt Scherer knows his trade and makes it easy to understand what you are getting and what you need to do to get the most out of your services and products. Ian and Joel were both awesome. They came, worked to diagnose and fixed our furnace. They made calls to the dealers to check if there were any warranties that could be applied. 

I appreciate their time and honesty as they worked through each scenario.  Very professional.

I would highly recommend Burton and these two gentlemen.
