We purchased our salt water pool in 2006 from Burton.  We are now on our second liner.  We have worked with Lance on all issues we have encountered and they have always been taken care of in a professional and timely manner.  Gary Moore helps us with our water samples at the Springdale store and always provides accurate information on keeping the water perfect.  Lee opens and closes the pool every year, always on time and does a great job.  We enjoy our Burton Pool and would purchase from them again.

We have had an above ground pool for 17 years and used Burton Pools for that then moved and since they took such good care of us we went with an in ground pool and they did an outstanding job!! Dustin (Springdale Store MGR) is the nicest guy anyone could ask for, Mark (salesman) has the best personality and friendly, and then when it comes to the installers....... from Jay, to Brandon, to Scott, these guys know what they are doing!! The best bunch of guys to ever work with!! Wouldn't think about going to anyone else,  They have taken such good care of us in the past and I'm sure it will continue in the future! Always a family atmosphere when you go in the store and have made some good friends out of the whole pool building experience. Would not hesitate on using then again.. Thanks to all that helped make a gorgeous pool hat we will enjoy for a lifetime.

Bought an above ground pool from Burtons 12 years ago, still going strong. We get all our water testing and chemicals. Sure wish they would expand north to save us some gas.

We have used Burton Pools for 13 years now for services including pool installation, seasonal opening and closing, general maintenance and liner replacement.  They are exceptional in ensuring a satisfied customer experience.  I would highly recommend them for any of your pool or spa needs or chemical supplies.  So happy that their service area extends to such a broad area, as we live far north near the Missouri state line.

Nice place and service but want to charge more than necessary for getting a pool put in. Average salesman-type employees. Seems like they'd do a good job though.
