Have been going to Burtons for years now. We went today for lunch sat at high top and the hostess gave us menus and said Debbie will be your server. Debbie came over about five minutes after we sat down. She asked if we wanted drinks, we both ordered sodas, placed our appetizer and lunch order at the same time. Debbie brought our drinks and rolls over. Another server brought apps, and when our sandwiches were ready Debbie brought them to us, totally forgetting who ordered chicken and fish.Twenty minutes go by then thirty minutes, both of us were done waiting for Debbie but she was busy talking to other customers or friends planning a getaway weekend. My wife went to the restroom and Debbie asked if she wanted her roll and coleslaw to go I said no thanks just the check. The check was brought over and again Debbie vanished, Richard one of the managers caught my eye and I asked him to complete our bill. He did and then Debbie appeared.

Very disappointed it seemed like we were bothering this server.  We like the restaurant and the food and have never had bad service.
                                                                It's going to be a while before we visit this local. Again.

Great "MAXX" burger. Its big and you can customize it with a few different options for $15 
Fish sandwich and Caesar salad were very good with its white anchovies. Service is good. Yes BURTONS GRILL is a chain restaurant but its way above average. Consider reservations during peak hours.

I go to Burtons like twice per week. My most recent visit I got the shrimp, lobster, fetuccini dish. It was delicious. It had fresh chopped tomatoes, a creamy sauce, and huge pieces of lobster and 4 giant shrimp! It got the lunch portion for $18 which was well worth the price. My friend got the salmon which was equally delicious (according to him). The place was packed around 12:30 so our service left something to be desired. Other than that, another A+ experience at Burtons!

Good food, great cocktails. Service was friendly and helpful. It's a chain restaurant in big box store center, but it's definitely better than that implies.
