Terrible service. Yea they got our food out fast but my chicken was completely pink. The manager Had given us a bogus excuse why too but there really is no excuse on serving me complete uncooked chicken . Never going here again

Ordered a 20 piece of chicken and mashed potatoes w/gravy. Person driving the truck in front of me must of known all the guys working because they all came out to talk to him or her. When I finally got my order the mashed potatoes and gravy were on the top of two boxes of chicken. I now have a floorboard with a quart of gravy soaking into the carpet. I'll never go to the Bush's chicken on west county road again

We came in about 8:30pm and ask for Mac and cheese with our order. They said they were out because they were fixing to close but they didn't close till 10pm. Also an employee who was not working and in her own personal clothes was at the counter being loud and talking with the other employees all gathered at the counter. She was even asking a male employee how much he would charge to be a male stripper for her. Not proper in front of customers. Then she went behind the counter and was taking peoples orders when she's not even working. This was not a good atmosphere to be around. Trying to enjoy our meal while they're being loud and talking about male strippers. Keep that conversation between themselves and not on front of customers.

It was about 5 or 6 young workers only 2 had on uniform two of them held the line up talking to friends who didn't order food and we sat in the line from 8:43 to 9:20 due to the fact that they had broke everything down for closing and they are not suppose to close until 10.  I'm wondering did anyone working in there even have a food handling license. Worse visiting ever!! Oh and we couldn't get what we wanted because they had everything put away already.

They have a new product called spicy bites absolutely wonderful good white meat and juicy clean store nice people.
