Called in order since they're just down the street. Ordered 3 meals and they said 20min. Waited about 15 then, came to the store. Waited (paid up mind you) for another 30 to find out they seemed to have lost the order as soon as I paid for it. The order was remade and they made up for the delay in cookies. 
Koodos to the only adult in the store for being helpful. The rest need to get a handle on what it means to work.

Horrible experience,  every table was filthy, waited for 30 minutes before going up and asking about our food, see our order sitting on the counter and employees sitting around. Ended up leaving without food. Waste of time. And the biggest deal....they weren't even busy!?

For some reason the food is way better quality when you eat in rather than drive thru. Everything is awesome here.

The absolute worst experience for call ahead and pick up. I don't understand what the point is for you to call your order in 30 minutes or so ahead and to show up for a 20 minute wait AT THE COUNTER inside without any acknowledgment just to have them tell you that your order is not ready when you order it damn near an hour ago!!! they have the worst service and if you're looking for convenience and speed this is NOT the place.

5 Stars for the food! But I subtracted for the poor service. Took 15 minutes to get through the line at 10:30 am! If we weren't having our car repaired nearby we would have left. They were having a promotion but didn't have enough staff to cover the customers. Then to top it off, the manager thought it was more important to take photos of guests eating food to post on Facebook than to get the line moving and food out faster.

But again the food was great once we got it!
