Friday night the AC went out! Saturday am Quinn Pratt came to repair. Polite, Knowledgeable and worked 3 hours to get up back up and running. Butcher needs to make sure they give his young man some big KUDO’s! Excellent service from him!

We had a new air-conditioning system with the ducting system completely replaced yesterday.The installation crew did an outstanding job from the time they arrived until the completion of job. They worked as a team, were very efficient and professional. Jason, Dylan, Miles and the support team who arrived later to help(Clayton and Anthony), were available for all questions , respectful , professional and most of all hardworking non stop until the job was complete. Jason went over all technical aspects until my husband and I felt comfortable using equipment.I would highly recommend Butcher to family and friends. Thanks Butcher Air Conditioning.

I managed Hi rise Condo's in DC for over 30 years & had over 6K homeowners to try to keep happy-on my first visit from you, I thought, if I had these guys in DC, my life would have been a lot less stressful. I'm amazed with every employee & their professionalism, kindness & so very helpful.

Butcher really came through for us. They engineered a solution to an issue we had on an addition to our home. Professional installation. Clean, and correctly done. Couldn't be happier. Great job to everyone involved.
