We purchased a ductless unit 8/13/15 and recently started having issues with ac cutting off and causing circuit breaker to shut it off. Well last night it would not stay on so first thing this am I called and got Chelsea who got everything set up for this afternoon then called me right back to say it could be taken care of this morning. Well I got Justin and let me tell you what an extremely professional young man you have working for you. It is people like Justin that is what keeps your company with customers. I hope you take care of Justin and make sure he remains with your company. I understand most companies take pride and have high standards they want to be followed but not all employees will do that but Justin definitely does take extreme pride in his job and the company he works for because it shows in his attitude and work. Thank you Justin you are definitely appreciated. We highly recommend this company.

I used Dave Broussard  A/C based on the recommendation of the owner of  the home I purchased. This same person told me she used Dave Broussard to install her new HVAC system in her new $$$ home. That is in itself great recommendation. From the very  beginning the experience was excellent. Appointments were confirmed ahead of time for sales, service and followup visits. My sales representative, Micheal was very profession and gave me several options to consider when changing my heating system. The price  I felt was reasonable.  The service crew showed on time the two days it took to install the system.  The crew was clean, professional and didn't waste time in doing their work. When the work was finished they cleaned the work area and came into the home to clean trash blown into the home when the system was started up. The operation of the system was explained to me before the crew left. Micheal visited me several days later to check the system and answer any questions I had.  The office staff was very helpful in answering answering warranty and finance options .  At this point I'm very pleased with Dave Broussard A/C  and would recommend them highly.

Don't fall for the great sales pitch and prepare yourself for trouble if you decide to go with this company. From the day the install took place, we have had issues with the equipment going down repeatedly. Next, as technicians came out to fix the mechanical issues, more issues were uncovered from the actual install such as soldering that was not done properly, electrical wiring not connected, and wrong amount of Freon put in the system. We also had all new duct work and air handlers installed but the layout of air flow was not sufficient causing the living room to remain hot (it rarely cools) and other parts of the house remain cold. I'm going to have to hire a different company to come in and changing the air flow so we can distribute air more evenly throughout the home. I spoke to the salesman Paul concerning the issues I was having but he referred me to the Service department, whom which continued the lackluster response in not taking responsibility for the problems experienced. I called several weeks ago concerning a mechanical issue and was told I would get a call back, but it took 3 weeks of me calling to finally get to speak to somebody to help with my red blinking light on my air handler. The people at Dave Broussard are very professional and nice, but the service has lacked follow-up and follow through  and wouldn't recommend them for new ac system installs, which is what I had done. 

During the install of our unit, I referred a friend to have a new system installed by this same company. If you would speak to them, they would share a very similar experience to mine. Anyway, I hate to leave poor review but feel that it's best to make others aware of the challenges I've had, in hopes that they can avoid similar pains by choosing a different company.

Justin and Kelam did a great job fixing a small leak we had in our split air unit. They were professional, explained what needed to be done and fixed it quickly. They cleaned up the area when they finished. 
This company is the BEST.  I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and AC needs.
