Took my car in to get LF cv axle replaced. They were able to get it in and out in a matter of a day. Guy had called while replacing the cv and said both tie tods needed to be replaced also. They replaced everything extremely quick under short notice as this is my only vechile. A week later my car threw somes codes needing a air gap adjustment. I called Guy right away even though he was already booked that day he was able to take a quick look and diagnose the problem. The customer service i recieved was excellent and everything was done in a timely manner.

Went in for the first time to get an oil change. Walking in to a very friendly environment I felt nothing but welcomed. The service manager Guy was very professional answering all my questions and making sure my car was finished in a timely manner so I could get back on the road. The team seemed very proficient in all their works as I sat in the waiting area for my car. To top of my first experience at Butitta Brothers I asked if I got a discount because my job services their shop. In reply, not usually but I can knock a few dollars off for you (now that's customer service)! I WILL be going back for all my car care needs in the future. I feel as I can leave them with my car and trust them 110% to do nothing but quality work to my vehicle and get the best pricing! I recommend this shop to anyone looking anywhere from minor to major vehicle work.

Each and every time I have a car issue that I can not correct myself, I call Guy at JANESVILLE Butitta Brothers. My latest experience was the absolute BEST. Car issue (My Bonehead mistake) on Friday afternoon, called Guy and he recommended a tow company that was able to get me picked up right away (Bernier's Towing). Monday morning the shop had my car diagnosed and parts ordered. Tuesday before noon Guy calls and said it was ready.

     When I first called Guy, I had a gut wrenching feeling I had a real problem, I described what had happened and I was quoted an ESTIMATED cost to fix it. When I received the call that it was ready to go, I asked about the cost ............. He was $2.43 off. WOW!!

     I would also like to add that Guy mentioned a service light that was on (I knew there was another issue), when I acknowledged that I knew what it was, and I could fix this one myself, he was NOT pushy about me getting it done there and then. 

     I would recommend anyone that needs service to their vehicle to go see Guy at Janesville Butitta Brothers .... and get ready to be treated right.

Absolutely amazing staff, came through at a time when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed about my vechile not starting, just a few minutes and I was back on the road to where I needed to be.

Very pleased!
