Dear John Smith,
I would like you to bring in your bill to J &  S Auto so that I can personal look at where you think we over charged you. I tried to find you in our computer system but I did not have any John Smith's. I can only assume it is listed under someone else's name. So I'm not sure why you feel like you were charged to much. 
I can a least offer you an oil lube and filer change ifyou are willing to bring your bills in so I can look them over.

Used their services a couple of times.  Both times were overpriced compared to other shops.  The jobs that I took it in for were done, but there were always other issues that came up soon after the visit.

I had been putting off some work on my van because I knew it was going to cost a lot but didn't really trust taking it to any of the local places. When I asked some co-workers where they take their car I got an enthusiastic response about J&S. When I called and spoke with Sandy I immediately noticed how knowledgeable she was and she seemed interested in solving my car issues. 

I feel much better taking my care and spending my money on someone who is knowledgeable, willing to explain to me my options and give me good customer service. J&S for the most part is Janesville's best kept secret for auto repair.

I called and asked if they could fix my car no problem. When I took it in it cost me aver 270 dollars and the problem was still not fixed. Then i took it in again and it cost me over 500 dollars and it was still not fixed.

I took it to another auto repair shop and the fixed it. They told me to drive the car with the problem. It was an oil leak and im not driving the car so it can leak oil

Sandy is unwilling to work with her clients and takes their money without fixing the problem STAY AWAY

I have been using J&S Auto for 5+ years.  I have a business with 6 vehicles and J&S has worked on each of them.  I am very pleased with the service. Scott.
