At Butler Viadro, LLP, we have a proven track record in obtaining seven and/or eight-figure verdicts and settlements in a broad spectrum of personal injury cases. We bring this experience to bear on all cases we handle, representing people who have sustained serious and life-changing injuries.

Our clients are people who have suffered amputations, burns, orthopedic injuries (e.g., broken bones and back injuries), paralysis, brain injuries and other often career-ending injuries. We also represent the surviving families of people killed in accidents of all kinds.

Many of our clients have been hurt or killed at work; we have focused much of our practice on work injuries and simultaneously litigate the personal injury case with any workers' compensation, Social Security or longshore and harbor worker cases arising out of the same accident. Our Approach
When we talk to you about your case, we first look at the injury involved. How has it affected your life? What is the impact? We then look to the parties responsible for the injury. This often requires an in-depth investigation. A car accident is not just a car accident. For example, a defective car part or a dangerous roadway may be to blame? A work injury is not always the boss's fault. Was a defective tool or someone else really at fault? We find out.
