I picked up a prescription today and there was no informational pamphlet with it, nor did anyone tell me the medication should be used with an applicator. Prior to picking it up I spoke to someone there asking questions about the medication and none of that information was given. Education is the most important part of a pharmacist job. Service is much better at CVS or Walgreens, but unfortunately they cannot make that medication there.

I use Butterfield's to have my cat's medication compounded so I don't have to force a pill into her every day. They are always friendly at the pharmacy and provide good service.
Plus, they have Dippin' Dots! :D
