I don't know who to complain to because the insurances and powers that be hold you captive. I have been on the same meds for arthritis pain management for 15 years and in the last two years I am forced to do without medication for days because it is not in stock, it is too early (2) days to refill or they can only partially fill it which means an extra trip to the dr with another office call to get a prescription for the remaining amount. I understand the need for monitoring controlled substances but if I was going to abuse it I would have surely done so by now!! I rely on this medicine to be able to work so when I'm not able to who is going to cover my loss of pay for missing? Obamacare is a fantastic joke and waste of time and resources, I cannot get insurance because of atrial fibrillation. (Don't think preexisting doesn't matter, with it you only get discounts NOT INSURANCE! ) So who do I have to fight for me? Absolutely no one! This whole system is whacked and for no other reason than someone wants total control...I cannot say what my final thoughts are to that!
