Just placed a call to this business and spoke with a gentleman who could use a lesson in kindness and consideration.  I was trying to get a little information on an item that I need. He said he doesn't have the particular brand that I have so I was trying to find out if could use what he has and he was giving me the bums rush. I realized he was not interested in helping me so I was just going to end the call. I was thanking him for his time and he just basically hung up the phone. So I don't care if I have to pay a little more I will shop some place else. I needed help not to feel like I'm a bother.

I have gone to Butts Electrical and Lighting for years, and my electrician Dad for years before that.  Mr. Butts is really helpful, knows a lot plus charges very reasonable prices.
