Fabulous company - I have used them for several years. The staff in the office are extremely accommodating, and the service technicians are knowledgeable and on-time. My old AC unit was original to my home (1974) and I had been doing my best to keep it running. I originally used another company who came out several summers in a row only to fill the unit with with freon and hit me with a huge bill. One summer I called Trenary - they went into the attic crawl space (the other company never had!) and replaced my fan/blower. No more need for annual freon fills. Fast forward three years to this July: The unit finally died. I got bids from four different companies - Trenary gave me the best price/configuration and timing for installation. They are quick to answer questions and fix any issues. I stand by them and rest assured that my summers will remain cool since my AC unit is serviced by an honest and reputable company!

I have 2 homes and have used other companies before Trenary and continued to have issues. Once I had Joe come out and look at my system we were given an honest assessment and it was fixed in 24 hours. We have never had a problem on that home since. We have had issues for 2 years at our new home with the second floor system and some days it would not even keep cool under 75 degrees. I had them come out and take a look and put together an estimate to get things working properly for my family and I. My upstairs has not went over 72 degrees all summer this year thanks to the guys at Trenary. Prices are great and the quality of work is spot on and when you need something they are out same day which is reassuring. Nobody will touch one of my homes except Trenary Service Co.

My A/C went out and Trenary was able to repair my unit the same day! Employees are very professional and knowledgable. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend them!

Three heat pumps replaced, units are extremely quite and air quality is outstanding. Change out crew showed up as scheduled , professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Ladies in the office even filed warranty paperwork. Would highly recommend Trenary Services for any heating or cooling repairs or replacement . Outstanding customer service , Thanks for a job well done.

Amazing company to deal with. Love their service tech. Very friendly and personable and honest. Prices are reasonable and service was super fast. Have used them twice in the last 2 mths ( have two systems on my house that went down at different times) and on this second call they were out on the same day, lucky me!!! They even give you a call from the office when the tech is on his way to your house. When I eventually need to replace my systems I will be calling Trenary.
