I had an issue with our car seat for my daughter that we just bought a couple months ago. The straps were not tightening down all the way. I went into the store and asked the associate at the register and she directed me towards someone who I guess was a manager. This associate name betsy told me she will call britax so I can tell them what my issue is and explain everything. I told her if I am going to do the work I will just do it on my own time instead of sitting in the store, let's face it, if I had to do my own customer service then I'll do it in the comfort of my own home since she didn't provide me with any. I asked how she knew the straps were bad and she gave me a condescending answer saying you told me the straps were bad right, so it has to be the straps. By far the worst service I have ever encountered there. The car seat is practically new being used only 10 times for bringing my baby from the house to the car. She told me they don't exchange or return car seats which was a complete lie because they had a completely destroyed cybex there around the time when we bought our seats. We have bought so much and spent alot of money there and generally like going there to but things. Betsy single handedly ruined our outlook on that store, she should not be in an environment where customer service is provided.

Some Organic products here and I would like to see more. Way to many extremely toxic products on the shelves. Staff always tracks down the items I need and always helps me with the free gift wrap. If you don't know what to get as a gift, give Angel Baby Bottom Balm. Aloha!

Very bed bath and beyond like. Not alot of toys or anything. Decent selection of stuff and they will price match Amazon for their overpriced goods.

gigantic, clean, and staffed with friendly people. makes shopping for baby items much more bearable. and being able to see and use all the strollers before you buy is a big help.

We got there 15 minutes before closing and a cleck came up to us in the parking lot to tell us the closing time and that we would have to be quick.... Really? That's why that store is always empty... We are not planning to go back there ever again.
