Victor, who works at store 6379, was the epitome of what a knowledgeable and helpful customer service employee ought to be. He was approachable, courteous and patient. Victor listened to our concerns, answered our questions and even accompanied us to the correct aisles, so that we had exactly what we needed. We were very appreciative of the fact that he gave us options, which enabled us to make informed decisions. Rest assured, when I return to that store, I will seek him out for advice, should I have need of it. Victor is a great asset to your company and should therefore be acknowledged by the store manager and or the parent company. As one who provides customer service on a daily basis, I was totally impressed by Victor.

0The employees did not know the store very well. I asked "Where are the moving boxes?" I was told isle 9 then 35 both were incorrect. Do better. When I finally found the isle it was closed. There was a employee putting things up on the shelf. He asked if I needed anything I said "Yes, moving boxes". He ignored my request and continued doing what was he doing.

Everyone has a bad day from time to time, but my last two consecutive visits to this store have been absolutely unpleasant. Some employees leave one to wonder why they chose employment that involves Customer Service. There have been instances where online store inventory indicated product availability but could not be found and I was directed to another store. However after further insistence that online information had to be somewhat reliable, the product was located on the uppermost shelf with other stored inventory. One encounter with a cashier made me feel as if my purchase was an inconvenience to her or she had either total disgust for me or her job. It was quite obvious she had better things to do or a better place to be. Maybe some these employees would be happy to know (as if they cared) that our last purchase for a new kitchen range was across the street at Lowe's where we were greeted with interest. Future visits to Home Depot will determine whether they want my continued loyalty and business or that I should go elsewhere.
