I can't say enough about Andy B. at Buyer's Market. He went out of his way to make us happy once we learned there was an issue with the product that the manufacturer was unwilling to work with us on. He followed up quickly and was creative in developing a solution. You would never get this kind of service anywhere else. Check them out!!! :)

I have gone in several times over the last couple months trying to plan for a project way over my head. Everyone there has been super friendly and helpful without being bossy or trying to push a sale. They have been wonderful with all of my total newbie questions and have made this project a lot less scary. Thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor at Buyer's Market to design, select, order, and install a custom bathroom vanity. She was very professional and answered my questions, returned my phone calls quickly, and was very helpful in the process. She even met me at the fabricator's warehouse to help me select the best remnant. The process of purchasing the new counter-top was easy, and Taylor made the experience very fun. Good customer service!

Everyone at Buyer's Market was so helpful, spent a lot of time with me, showed me different options, made suggestions when I was stumped, and just made everything easy. It was a great experience...and I LOVE my new floors!

I purchased doors, lots of backsplash and all my kitchen cabinets at Buyer's Market. For doors, I would HIGHLY recommend. They have the best selection, good pricing and extremely knowledgeable staff. If this was only a review for doors, they would have a 5 star. I also spent $1200 on backsplash material. No regrets. It was unique, beautiful stuff and Taylor made the transaction seamless. My largest purchase was on kitchen cabinets ($13,000). It didn't go so well. Jamie was nice and knowledgeable but either she was too busy, too young or just has a lot to learn, but lots went wrong and she wasn't too good about fixing it. Andy, the owner got involved and although the situation isn't finished yet, I trust it will be. So I would recommend Buyer's Market, but not for kitchen cabinets until such time Andy can get that department---including who they contract with for install (install had lots of quality issues)--in better shape. But love the doors!
