I have been with Byrnes for a long time. Communication is an often talked about term but unfortunately often overlooked. Not with this company. They do what they say they're going to do and then follow up to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and I like the fact they are a local company. When you call them during business hours, you speak to a real person. Imagine that... I picked up a stone chip last week which turned into a cracked windshield. I called that day and I had my new windshield the following afternoon. The Technician even vacuumed my car. Do business with Byrnes Insurance, you will be very happy!

Of all the insurance companies I have dealt with, my experience with the Byrnes Agency has been the most pleasant. The best part of my experience has been my relationship with Candy Costello. She has been my agent for over 10 years and I feel like she is part of my family. She is always courteous, helpful, knowledgable, and provides prompt and accurate service. She has continued to advise me during my ever changing insurance needs ranging from motorcycle and automobile coverage to renters and homeowners policies. I gladly recommend Candy Costello and the Byrnes Agency to my friends, family, and co-workers, especially if they want great service and the best rates.

From the moment Allie Martin answered my call for a quote, I knew the Byrnes Agency was the company I was looking for. Very professional and polite, Allie answered ALL of my questions (there were a lot!) and provided me with a quote for my wife and I AND our two vehicles that was beyond competitive with those "other guys". Seriously, they weren't even in the same ball park with the Byrnes Agency. But wait, it gets better! When I arrived in the office today to purchase my policy, I told Allie that I had limited time as I was on my lunch break and had to get back. She said, "I'll bet I can answer all of your questions and finish this up in fifteen minutes." 12 minutes later I was walking out the door smiling with my insurance cards in my hand. Professional, courteous, prompt, and the facility is absolutely gorgeous. Why would you call anyone else??? Call the Byrnes Agency with all of your insurance needs, and ask for Allie!!

Allie Martin went above and beyond to make my experience with the Byrnes Agency one of the best possible!! I am now trying to convince my co-workers and friends that if they are looking to change their insurance policies, that they need to go and speak with the best in the business. I will recommend to everyone i know!!!
