Very happy with Newberry.  Hope S. was terrific at navigating a complicated real estate insurance scenario for my family and myself. It's nice to know good customer service is not actually dead.

I have been with Newberry Insurance for many years. They never let me down.I worked with Christopher Jett.  He contacted me initially and within a few business days, he saved me over 700.00 for the year. Quite a savings. He explained things to help me understand easily. He was great. I recently switched insurance agents to Deming and am really glad I did. The agent I worked with, Hope, made the process really smooth, she was able to find me some great quotes, and was always quick in responding to emails and adjusting things as needed. I only regret not switching to Deming sooner!

My insurance was due to renew and was quite expensive. I worked with Chris Jett and he was able to find me a comparable policy saving me hundreds of dollars. He was very prompt and responsive. Very happy with their service.

My husband and I recently changed our home, auto, and umbrella policies with the help of Hope, who was so responsive to our many questions, and she found us a savings of about $1600 a year.  She saved us so much time and aggravation of having to go around to individual agents from multiple companies.  I highly receommend Newberry!

A couple years ago, we moved our business policies to Newberry. It was a fantastic decision. It has proven to be very difficult to receive good customer service from other vendors and professional services. Not the case with Newberry! We work closely with Sarah R. If we need anything, such as insurance certificates to pull permits, she is easily reached by email or phone and she has INCREDIBLE turn around time and accuracy. We never have to dread waiting on hold, or go through a corporate phone tree, hoping we get help in 4-5 business days. Sarah takes care of our account at renewal time and when we have anything else come up. Truly a breath of fresh air and a huge relief to know we have someone like her to depend on, and she smiles while doing it!

Steer clear of this place!  Pat was incredibly unprofessional, rude, condescending and refused to cancel a policy when we requested it.  *Update to add we emailed, called and offered to send a signed cancellation request and only when we said we were calling travelers directly did we magically receive the form we requested over the phone.  True hacks.... If you need to try that hard to retain one policy they must be really struggling
