I made the decision to terminate my dental care with Dr. Desbordes office in October of this year, due to several reasons.  Upon termination of services, I received two sets of photos and nothing else.   In November, I call the office to request the impression of my mouth, which by the way I paid for.  Well, I was told that they "no longer" had them.  In disbelieve, I continued to ask, where are my impressions and I need to have them.  Finally, I was told, "we don't have them, we threw them in the trash".  There you have folks,  my impressions were thrown away because I terminated dental services.  How professional is that?  Well, I'm taking my  matter to social media,  my insurance and the Maryland Board of Dentistry.

Everyone is amazing. From the time you make that initial phone call, to your hygentist/ dental assistant, to Dr. D himself, you know that you are in good hands!  
Lucked out on a referral from a friend.
