I am totally amazed and pleased with the service I got today. It was amazingly awesome! I originally had a not so great experience. And I spoke to the big boss lol she gave me a good extraction and was apologetic and empathetic to my experience prior to. She numbed it so good I felt nothing. She gave me instructions afterwards and scheduled future services for my son and I. I thank God . I'm a all or nothing type of person and they won me back.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish . Booking my appointment was quick and easy ; I wasn't on hold forever and the receptionist was polite and prompt in my scheduling . I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out all the typical new patient paperwork and insurance information . After my paperwork was submitted I was called into the chair . The X-ray technician was quick , efficient and gentle while doing my imaging . Before my services were rendered, I was given a detailed breakdown of costs , what insurance covered and pricing .  Dr. Sapna was professional , warm , inviting and most important gentle. I had a deep cleaning ( which requires numbing ); she was very gentle and I barely felt the needle ! During the cleaning she explained everything step by step and assured me that if I wanted to stop for any reason to signal to do so. This was one of the best dental experiences I have had . I would recommend this practice.

I enjoyed my first experience at this dental facility. The customer service was exceptional; especially Nefertiria(She said I may not be able to spell it right but I tried lol) who I shared a few laughs with; to the doctor herself and there affordable rates. I will be returning in the near future

Pleasant Dentist office with adventure  tunnel for the kids. Everyone who works there were good-spirited, friendly and professional. The Administrative Representative really does her job well, and made sure I had all the information I needed for insurance purposes.  Even though she informed me that I wasn't covered to been seen there, the office room was so comfortable, I didn't mind the wait. Though we only met briefly, the dentist put me at ease right away.   I'm bringing my child back next week to be seen.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Great customer service and Doctor, everyone is nice... I really like it here. Finally found a dental office that isn't scary lol and has great people who are great at their job..no run around..no hassle😍😍😍 Thank you!
