Owner was rude. I mentioned to him that I really liked lavender jade and asked if he had any pieces with that stone. His response: I might have some in the junk in back. What a slap in the face to me. I will never go in the store again.

My husband purchased my wedding set from Byron's and after the wedding I took it in to be sized. When we bought it they said they would size it for free but when I took it in they said it would be fifty dollars. I was ok with that, even though I wished they hadn't charged. My ring was a 7 and it needed to go to a 6.5. When I picked them up after being sized I noticed they were really tight so I took them back in. They had actually sized them to a 6 and a 6.25. Too small and two different sizes! I asked them to fix it and instead of adding gold back in they stretched the band. When I got them back a second time one ring was a 7 and one was a 7.25. That's bigger than when I brought them in and two different sizes again! I was so mad but didn't want to have them do it again because I was worried they would screw up even more. I had to take them somewhere else to be sized a third time and they are charging me another eighty dollars to fix what they screwed up. I would never recommend anyone take their jewelry there.
