Don't buy books here unless you have to.  Amazon and Book Viking are better options if you care about price.  It's a convenient location and that's the only positive to it.

For the most part I had a good experience at the bookstore, but they really screwed up on this one. They gave me a rental book with damage, so I figured they were aware of the damage. Turns out it’s just a scam so they can charge you a damage fee at the end of the semester. Don’t give people damaged books in the first place! I dealt with it all semester and then got to pay them at the end. Watch out! They will try to do this to you!

Well kept, there's a lot of basic college necessities that are available here. A lot of items here are pretty expensive than other areas though. They do have sales, and it helps sometimes. You can print your shirts here too and have Apple products support and other things.

Customer service is very good. Prices are more than reasonable and there's always someone ready and willing to help answer your questions. I'm a fan!

Great convenience. I haven't had a bad experience. I love their textbook reservation system. Pay online, show up, grab your bag of books and leave! I would recommend going to Deseret Book if you're trying to get scriptures/other church books. Those seem to be marked up through the University.
